I wanted to freeze my membership for medical reasons and Emily was there to help me from the online chat team through the app. She was really helpful and quick. All done in a couple of minutes. So professional.
I really like the app chat as it’s saving time, as emails was taking long and misunderstanding might happen. But the app is perfect.

Problems in the changing room.
I used the outdoor pool and had a tea and biscuit in the outdoor area of the clubroom. The staff were friendly. The shower gel in the shower cubicle was empty, which was annoying and the spin dryer was out of order, which always takes a long time to fix.

I really enjoy this & Yoga class even my worn-out hip is no good for balancing. But still love it.

DL have great classes and great facilities however I'm getting very frustrated with the membership criteria and I can't seem to get different answers every time I seek clarification ... more transparency is required ...

As I email we, as a country, have been experiencing above normal heat. Each and every member of the team has remain courteous, friendly and above all polite. They have continued to welcome us all each day and nothing has been too much trouble

I spoke with Vicky on the live chat function where she renewed my membership and answered all of my questions. Super quick and hassle free. Very happy with the service!

I had a great pt session with Gil he worked me hard and helped me reach my goals he is also a great motivator i highly recommend him to any new or existing members

DL Enfield Gin tasting event 22 May 2022 has had a lot of advertisement with posters, bill boards and menu cards in cafe area plus staff promoting the event. But not available to to book. I have enquired over 5 times but told "it will be available 9 day before event to book on app"." Don't worry, it will be available 1week before event", "I will book you onto the event & call you, to confirm your place" No phone call. "I will book you onto the event" which still has not happened. When I visited the club today, I asked about the event and was told the event has NOT BEEN added to the app by the food & beverage manager. VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE. Also the kids swim event has NOT been added to app and is due to be held on 25th July. What is going on. Your competitors are must better

The membership team have been very supportive during my enforced absence while recovering from a broken shoulder. The suspension of my membership has been problem free and I am looking forward to returning at the beginning of August

We use the gym/pool/club room a lot since we became members as a family.
Classes are great and my daughter enjoys the soft play and football class

For me, this is a wellness experience! I have always loved exercising but the environment makes all the difference. I use the club a lot, and do mainly classes there, but the gym floor has endless stuff to offer! Top class instructors, a very friendly environment, and a very welcoming place. In summer, the outdoor pool is the best, although it can get very full. It’s better managed on hot days when they restrict guest passes,
My son (6) is also a member and loves al they offer there. Great place overall!

I would like the class core to come back and boxing
Would also like more classes for older childrens

The gym is well organised, nice and clean but please learn to accept the clients wishes and decisions even if you disagree with it.
